The Centers of Excellence at General Services Administration aims to accelerate IT modernization by centralizing best practices across a number of focus areas. COE Director of Acquisitions Omid Ghaffari-Tabrizi and Director of Artificial Intelligence Krista Kinnard came to the agency with a mission to accelerate how government adopts AI. With backgrounds in both law and data analytics, the COE leaders are innovating around the technology and hoping other agencies harness its true potential.
