Last month, the Office of Management and Budget released a guidance on digital customer experience. The policy guidance sets policy recommendations for agencies to make digital government services “easy to use, trustworthy and accessible.” The White House’s corresponding fact sheet lays out successes, challenges and the future of digital government as it evolves.
