Joe Markwith is an accomplished professional at CDW, where he serves as a key leader in driving strategic technology solutions for a diverse clientele. At CDW, Joe has successfully led numerous leadership engagements, leveraging his expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), application development, digital solutions, communication, and change management. Mr. Rojas is a Technical Program Manager with the US Department of Agriculture in the FPAC Business Center Group, leading teams in technical modernization projects and the operations and maintenance of geospatial, financial and commodity applications housed on these websites. His oversight includes maintaining the operations, safety and security of applications and websites for USDA Agencies and working with government hosting centers to ensure the high availability of these websites and associated applications for the many customers relying on agricultural data.

He has extensive technology experience in private industry as well, having worked for Oracle Corp and several technology consulting firms.

Kris is a recognized leader in the United States Army people enterprise, who has spent the past eight years investigating new technologies and analytics, pairing them with teams of talented individuals, partnering with academia and industry to deliver best practices, and attacking the Army’s most pressing challenges in people analytics and talent management.

Since she arrived at the HQDA G-1 in 2016, she established data, analytics, and innovation teams and capabilities for the Army Talent Management Task Force, for the ASA(M&RA)’s People Analytics directorate, for US Army Human Resources Command, and is now designing the Innovation Directorate for US Army Recruiting Command.
