Just as critical as the modern technology that keeps the government running are the people behind it. The federal government employs over 2 million people who deliver a wide range of essential services to the American public. As agency CIOs navigate new technologies and processes, they will also be responsible for upskilling and reskilling the workforce. Agencies will need to find new ways to empower their workforce to tackle emerging cyberthreats, use advanced technology and understand the policies surrounding them.
