The Department of Veterans Affairs has been undergoing an agency-wide modernization journey, with IT and data being supporting stars. Cummings has a personal mission to drive change at VA, and he takes lessons learned in DevOps and innovative technology solutions to ensure veterans ultimately have timely and efficient access to benefits, services and communications with the agency.
