General Services Administration (GSA) Director for the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) Thomas Santucci discusses the significant strides made by this program, which sunset from the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) scorecard this past January after all agencies made an “A” grade.
