Fairfax, Va. – GovCIO Media & Research, a leading federal technology media company, opened Flywheel Award nominations today for the Women Tech Leaders Summit on May 15 in Washington, D.C. The awards program will honor women leaders across the federal technology community. 

“The Flywheel Awards embody what it means to be a transformer in federal IT, and it is our goal to recognize these leaders,” said Amy Kluber, GovCIO Media & Research Editor-in-Chief. “We will recognize the accomplishments and programs that have made a significant impact across government.” 

The Women Tech Leaders Flywheel Award categories include:

Nominees must be a federal IT employee and submission achievements must be from March 2023 to present. The entry deadline is March 29 and finalists will be announced on April 12, 2024. The winners of the Women Tech Leaders Flywheel Awards will be presented during the May 15th summit.
